Job Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and autonomous Project Manager to join their Geothermal Services team. You will be responsible for managing medium-depth geothermal projects (1000-2500m), preparing technical reports and schedules, drafting agreements, and coordinating with external contractors and internal resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage geothermal projects from inception to completion.
Prepare technical reports, schedules, and draft agreements.
Coordinate with external contractors and internal teams.
Analyze and compare subcontractor offers.
Prepare invoices and read maps and plans.
Participate in meetings with authorities, financial partners, and contractors.

Requirements

Ideal Profile:

Technical background with strong knowledge of geothermal energy.
3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction technology.
Knowledge of geology, hydrogeology, and drilling techniques.
Familiarity with building thermal systems and fluid mechanics.
Proficiency in ArcGIS/QGIS, Office, and Feflow software is a plus.
Rigorous, dynamic, and autonomous with excellent communication skills.
Team player with strong writing abilities.
