ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Optimize the material composition of metal hydrides for enhanced hydrogen storage capabilities.
Conduct experiments to evaluate and document the physical and chemical properties of metal hydrides under various conditions.
Take initiative in developing manufacturing processes that ensure scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in production.
Analyze experimental data to continuously improve material formulations and optimize storage performance.
Prepare technical documentation and reports on project progress and results.
Ensure all tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
Demonstrate a high level of integrity, ownership, and urgency in achieving project goals.
Collaborate with R&D teams to foster innovation and success.
Perform other related duties as required.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Education and/or Experience:

Currently enrolled in a technical program in engineering, computer science, or related fields
Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to explore new technologies
Excellent communication skills
Hands-on mentality, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects independently

Qualifications:

Experience in material processing and analysis is advantageous
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Language Skills:

Proficient in German and English (both spoken and written)
