Job Description

Responsible for the overall management of complex claims in a Specialty line of business – diverse work in multiple claim areas, including primary & excess environmental and mass tort/long-tail liability claims.

This position is not available to CA Residents

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Casualty litigation position involving significant exposures and complex issues
Cases involve asbestos, pollution, toxic, emerging risks, and other long tail mass tort claims
Primary, umbrella, and excess policy exposures
Position involves the efficient management of vendor activities, including attorneys and consultants

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred
4 + years related commercial experience with strong knowledge in claims, policies, coverage and liability. A plus where involving asbestos, environmental, and/or other mass tort and latent exposures
Strong problem solving / analytical skills and decision-making skills
Negotiation Experience

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
