The Role: As a Solar PV Electrician/Manager, you will play a critical role in our team, leading the installation and management of solar PV systems. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems across various sites, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Mentor and manage a team of solar professionals, fostering skill development and ensuring team cohesion and productivity.

About You:

Proven experience as a Solar PV Electrician, with a solid understanding of electrical systems and solar technology.
Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field, with an Unvented Ticket highly desirable.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on quality and safety in all projects.
