Global Repair Operation is a part of Global Service. We aim to repair and deliver materials and services to Service teams across the Globe. We are continuously developing our repair business and strategy to enable us to improve the technical solution and design of the repair footprint.

Production Engineering & Continuous Improvement is a support function in Global Repair Operation, where our highest priority is to support the business.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and implementation of corrective and preventive actions as well as contribute to analyses, define, validate and prioritize new tasks within New Repair Induction
- Develop production documentation to fulfill requirements within, documentation, drawings, specifications, routings etc. to develop repair solution where critical to safety and quality are controlled
- Coordinate and carry out specific projects and tasks within lean in administration improvements, technical solutions and Technology Transfer projects
- Task coordination, status reporting, prioritization and communication towards stakeholders.
- Create and maintain a transparent documentation structure on SharePoint and MS Teams
- Navigate cross functional and cultural in a matrix organization, ensure overview of capacity and capability constrains and create plan for improvements
- Assessment and audit to ensure sustainable deployment of initiatives as well as facilitate Lesson Learned and document Best Business Practices
Qualifications
- User knowledge of ERP systems (SAP GUI and PDMLink are most beneficial for this role)
- User knowledge ECM (Engineering Change Management)
- User knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint etc. and interest and skills within digitalisation and industry 4.0 methodologies
- Familiarity with project management skills, with the ability to plan, implement, and monitor multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- High communication skills for coordinating and facilitating follow-up meetings and collaborating with stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Danish, written and spoken
- Drivers licence B

- High focus and understanding of safety, quality, Lean "toolbox" and systems
- Awareness of risk management, RCA (Root Course Analysis) and mitigation (CAPA "Corrective and Preventive action")
- Continuous Improvement mindset focusing on improving capacity and capability constrains
- Project and change management skills enabling you to define and implement initiatives supporting Global Repair Operation growth strategy
- Great administrative skills enabling you to document Lesson Learned and Best Business Practices and to create the accessible and easy to use
- High process and coordination skills enabling you to perform assessments/Audits and create transparency of task status and resource utilization

Additional information
Your primary work location will be Videbæk, Denmark.
You should expect some travel activity, approximately 5-10 days per year.
