JOB SUMMARY: This position is located on the Snow Survey Data Collection Office (DCO) staff within the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), in Lakewood, Colorado. The incumbent serves as a Hydrologist on the Snow Survey staff; assists in managing Snow Survey components for the state and other states within the western part of the continental United States. Travel requirement is expected to be around 40% to 60% MAJOR DUTIES: Responsible for the collection and quality control (QC) of hydrometeorological data within the boundary of the Snow Survey Data Collection Office (DCO) jurisdiction.
