Job Summary: Responsible for the management of data and company content contained and evaluated in contractor databases. Responsible for analyzing HSE data and preparing reports to illustrate trends in HSE performance. Responsible for infrastructure (table) development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of HSE Management Systems.
Essential Functions, Roles and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
- Comply with all safety, health, environmental requirements, policies and procedures relevant to the position.
- Administration and assignment of permissions to users of the Company’s HSE database systems (Benchmark/Gensuite, ISN, Comply Works, Veriforce, etc.).
- Prepares and controls management system documentation, document revisions, circulation for review and approval, retrieval, and destruction.
- Collates documentation, compiles various reports, both electronically and in hard copy format to respond to customer audits.
- Prepares and distributes the Company’s monthly and annual HSE statistical performance.
- Collects documentation in preparation for internal HSEMS audits, program, and procedure audits.
- Prepares HSE bid proposal documentation and maintains a library of customer submittal documentation.
- Manages the layout, structure, and content on the HSE SharePoint Site.
- Tracks customer training requirements and sends updates to personnel through the contractor databases.
- Maintains liability insurance documentation in accordance with customer requirements.

Education, Training, Experience: Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment, and work with a high attention to detail and integrity is a must.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate communication (verbal and written) skills.Intermediate mathematical (descriptive and inferential statistics) and intermediate reasoning skills.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None required.
