Primary Function
The Vice President of Sales oversees the organization's sales and marketing programs, develops strategic objectives, and leads the sales team to achieve company goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the oil and gas industry, cultural and legal nuances across different regions, and a proactive approach to customer engagement and sales performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement innovative sales techniques to boost sales volume.
- Lead sales meetings, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Direct and support the sales team towards achieving business goals.
- Develop national sales account strategies and manage key accounts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to align sales objectives.
- Oversee budget management and sales performance evaluations.
Responsibilities
- You will lead a team of 2-5 sales professionals, guiding them through hiring, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions in alignment with our organizational values and legal requirements.

Requirements

Education and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree from a four-year university or equivalent experience in industrial sales and marketing is preferred.
Base Salary: $170,000.00 - $190,000.00 DOE + year-end bonus and equity.
On-Target-Earnings: $270,000.00 - $290,000.00
