We are seeking an undergraduate sophomore and junior student majoring in Environmental Science, Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field for a 10-week Student Intern role to be working in Waltham, MA for a June 2nd - August 8th contract period.
Position Duties:
- Support Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Team in auditing standard operating procedures, guidelines, and documents.
- Research SHE best practices in the industry to provide recommendations based on site auditingactivity.
- Organize and document manage programs within the SHE Department, being agile with transition planning between the current Waltham, MA site and upcoming Boston-Kendall Square, MA site.
Position Requirements:
- Undergraduate sophomore or junior, majoring in Environmental Science, Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field. **Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2025.
- Strong reading comprehension, organization, and time management skills.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and SmartSheets required.
- Familiar with regulatory frameworks such as OSHA and EPA.
- Enthusiasm for collaboration, cross-functional projects, public speaking, and presentation design.
- US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
- This role will not be providing CPT/OPT support.
- Ability to report onsite to Waltham, MA five days a week. This role will not provide relocation assistance.
- Minimum grade point average of 3.0.
