We are looking for an experienced and passionate Manager, Change and Sustainability Communicationsto join Huhtamaki Sustainability and Communications team. This role will be responsible fordeveloping, planning and executing change and sustainability related communication.
This is a new position in our sustainability and communications team. You will report to VP, Communications.
Change communications development, planning and execution
Sustainability communications development, planning and execution
Annual planning and budget planning for change and sustainability communications
Dedicated support for other functions in their various communication needs
Communications support for enterprise-wide initiatives
Qualifications and experience:
University degree from relevant field (communications, sustainability, marketing etc.)
4-7 years of experience in global communications roles
Understanding of change communications and/or sustainability communications, and willingness to learn
Understanding of different communications concepts and tools
Ability to independently drive change & sustainability communications according to plans
Project leadership and team working skills
World class multi-channel content creation skills
