Job Description
- Position: Processing Improvement (Location:Nongkae,Saraburi)
- Show Salary: 40,000 - 60,000 baht/month as experience
- Show Location: On Plant in Nong Plakradi Rd, Nongplamoh,Nong Kae, Saraburi
- Show Working Hour: 5 days / Mon - Fri 8.00 - 17.00
Our Client is Plaster and gypsum processing and delivering produts and services in building materials and systems based on gypsum and gypsum-related products
- Responsible for developing, implementing and managing sustainability strategy. This will include setting targets and KPIs, managing carbon footprint, and developing and managing sustainability initiatives and programs.
- Responsible for engaging and communicating with internal and external stakeholders on sustainability issues
Responsibilities:
Safety and Environment
• Enforce safety orientation within Operation department and implementation of company/group safety standards
• Analyze incidents/accident reports in order to prevent reoccurrence
• Set a high standard regarding safety, housekeeping and environment within the operation team in order to improve people’s mindset and that working environment is safe and clean
• Ensure that employees and contractors are properly trained on respective EHS policies
• Ensure that employees and contractors comply with EHS regulations
Continuous Improvement (Processing Improvement)
• Develop and implement sustainability policies, programs, and initiatives in alignment with company goals.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement across the company’s environmental, social, and governance performance.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainable business practices.
• Manage projects related to sustainability, including developing project plans, setting timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Monitor compliance with sustainability standards and regulations.
• Prepare reports on sustainability performance for Manufacturing Director
• Serve as a resource on sustainability issues for employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and manage budgets for sustainability programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications staff to promote the company’s sustainability efforts.
• Stay up to date on developments in the field of sustainability and share relevant information with employees.
• Participate in industry associations and other professional networks focused on sustainability.
• Ensure plants develop effective cascaded daily Meetings (targets, priorities, performance, coordination & support)
• Facilitate Problem solving, have effective Root Cause Analysis system in all plants.
• Ensure plants follow layered audit system (5S, Process Verification & Safety Observation)
• Support / Deploy good practices or standard work (Procedures, Work Instructions…)
• Support SQDC KPI visual tracking and cascade throughout the plant (Including OEE)
Qualification Requires:
- Ages 25-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, or related field
- At least 2+ years’ experience working in process improvement or in operations at a continuous process plant , project management or a related field
- Excellent project management skills ,strong research and writing ability, Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Supervisory management experience or a clear demonstration of supervisory potential.
- Experienced from tile or ceramic or construction industry production plant are preferred
- Able to using in Microsoft Offices
