The Kerry Leadership Development Program is a 24-month rotational program, which will begin July 14, 2025. There are opportunities in:

Sales (located in Beloit, WI): This role is critical to supporting account managers by assisting with customer interactions and driving client engagement strategies. Responsibilities will include managing inbound lead generation, coordinating internal projects, and ensuring alignment between customers and Kerry’s internal teams.

Research, Development & Application (located in Beloit, WI): This role is a vital part of driving innovation by supporting customer requests through applying scientific and engineering principles to research that will improve existing products. Key responsibilities will include conceptualizing, developing, and processing new products, while working in lab and pilot plant environments.

Customer Care (located in Beloit, WI): This role serves as the central point of contact for order fulfillment for all customer categories. Responsibilities will focus on proactive communication to internal stakeholders (Plant Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales) and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and positive customer outcomes.

Quality (Plant based, requires relocation for the second year): This plant level role will focus on ensuring that plant production processes deliver optimal quality food products for customers. This role will oversee quality control measures, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards (like HACCP and GMP).

Environmental, Health & Safety (Plant based, requires relocation for the second year): This plant level role will focus on supporting the EHS Manager to mitigate site safety risks. Job duties will include assisting in safety audits, supporting safety training programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a culture of safety across the plant within all production processes.

Engineering (Plant based, requires relocation for the second year): This role provides critical support to manufacturing sites by developing, optimizing and implementing maintenance strategies. Key responsibilities include executing maintenance excellence programs, defining asset criticality, and leveraging key performance indicators to improve asset performance at optimal costs.

Supply Chain (One rotation in Beloit, WI, one rotation at a plant): This role offers exposure to planning, customer support, commercialization of new products, transportation and logistics on a global scale. Responsibilities include optimizing processes through technology to better support internal customer care teams, collaborating on modeling and planning efforts and utilizing data to enhance operational efficiency.

Finance (located in Beloit, WI): In this role, you will collaborate with various functions to ensure robust and effective financial controls while providing key financial insights that contribute to Kerry’s business performance and goal achievement. As part of an interconnected, you’ll be responsible for supporting decision-making and fostering an engaging and motivating environment that places finance at the core of the business.
Throughout the 24 months, you will go through capability building sessions, interact with individuals across teams and functions, network with peers and leaders throughout the company and gain experience through real hands-on projects.
Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university in a related field (each function will have different degree requirements)

Minimum 3.0 GPA

Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to communicate effectively to all levels of an organization

Ability to manage multiple concurrent project streams, with a track record of getting things done at a high level of quality.

Excellent critical thinking skills, with an ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team to achieve goals.
