JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is under the supervision of the Sustainability Supervisor and is responsible for providing support for the implementation of sustainability initiatives and requirements in the corporate office, including auditing, reporting, events and communications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in collection and entry of sustainability data
- Assist in the development and/or implementation of key projects
- Identify methods of improving sustainability performance
- Perform data analysis across various platforms
- Assist in coordination of Earth Week campaign
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, or a related field.
- Knowledgeable in the areas of sustainability, environmental management, life-cycle assessment and various sustainability standards (e.g. ISO 14001, B-Corp, etc.)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
