Your impact
PwC’s Sustainable Business Solutions team and ESG practice guides organizations in responding to global sustainability megatrends and building long-term resilience. We help clients develop strategies, meet stakeholder expectations and measure sustainability impact based on robust and reliable data.
We’re looking for a Manager to join our Sustainable Business Solutions team to further develop the market in this area.
What you’ll learn and do
Join our team on a wide range of advisory and assurance projects;
Guide clients to identify the impact of key environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues on their business;
Play a key role in managing impactful client projects by guiding and coaching a team of sustainability experts;
Support our clients in defining ambitious sustainability strategies, implementing the strategy throughout the business and effectively report on the sustainability performance;
Develop and support in sustainability upskilling (training, research and team building) and contribute to thought leadership;
Support in the business development of our ESG practice such as through events and proposal writing;
Engage and collaborate with our PwC network of sustainability experts throughout Europe and beyond.
Who you are
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience regarding sustainability (preferably in consulting);
As part of your professional experience, you have been managing projects and led teams on challenging and complex assignments;
You have strong technical expertise on ESG challenges (e.g. ESG strategy, sustainable finance, responsible investing, sustainability reporting, responsible sourcing, biodiversity, etc.);
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written;
You have strong analytical skills and affinity with numbers, team orientation and strong leadership personality;
Ability to speak and write in professional English as well as French and/or Dutch.
