Amazon Circular Economy Services support Selling Partners with their Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations in Europe. We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager who will own the strategy, planning, development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies for environmental compliance solutions to increase Selling Partner awareness, engagement and adoption. You will work with the Marketing Lead to research the market offering, define the market segmentation, product entitlement, yearly forecast and adoption targets for cross regional sales team. You will be responsible for the awareness, adoption and marketing of environmental solutions, direct and self-service recruitment, Selling Partner communication and engagement as well as providing insights to improve the offering. You will also be responsible to create seller-facing communication and content, marketing assets and defining channel strategy.
Key job responsibilities
1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for environmental compliance solutions.
2. Conduct market research to gather insights on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and contribute to refining marketing approaches.
3. Coordinate the creation and management of content marketing strategies, including educational and promotional materials to engage sellers on compliance topics.
4. Coordinate product marketing campaigns to showcase the value propositions of compliance solutions.
5. Coordinate logistics for online training sessions, webinars, workshops, and other events aimed at educating Selling Partners.
6. Collaborate with teams such as Seller Experience, Product, Legal, and Strategic Communication to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
7. Track and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
8. Support the management of marketing channels and help define an effective channel mix strategy.
- Experience in professional non-internship marketing
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience in a marketing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling content.
- Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g. Wordpress, Drupla, Joomla, etc.)
- Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, content management systems (CMS), and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
