With a growing demand for reporting and assurance services in Ukraine, we are expanding our team to support our clients' sustainability goals.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant with 1-2 years of specialized experience in ESRS and EU Taxonomy, specifically focused on reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on ESRS and EU Taxonomy compliance to clients in Ukraine.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' sustainability practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure clients meet regulatory requirements and achieve sustainability goals.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation related to ESRS and EU Taxonomy compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in sustainability reporting and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on ESRS and EU Taxonomy requirements.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in ESRS and EU Taxonomy, with a focus on reporting.
- Practical experience in assessing Impacts, Risks and Opportunities (IROs) and performing the Double Materiality Analysis
- Principal understanding of the sources of data and its consolidation to support Data Points preparation according to ESRS standards
- Practical experience in implementation of ESRS standards in the industries that are relevant to the Ukrainian economy (at least few ones): energy, metals and mining, oil and gas, primary agriculture, banking sector, retail.
- Strong understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Relevant certifications in sustainability or regulatory compliance are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Ukraine or work virtually within the same timezone.
