At the Geneva Perfumery factory, we are recruiting a SHE Engineer to strengthen our SHE Department to accelerate your journey toward a 0 accident, by protecting personal, facilities and environment. We also protect environment by dedicated to reducing carbon emissions throughout our entire value chain by effectively managing our product life cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the site Senior SHE Manager to deliver site and group SHE ambitions.
- Provide project support, including support for process/project engineering by conducting Process Safety Assessment / HAZOP program, as well as track and assist with any resulting recommendations.
- Perform audit of process safety management systems & recommend risk mitigation corrective actions.
- Carrying out machine/process/equipment risk analyses and support for pre-start-up safety reviews.
- Update risk assessments at workplace and design SHE procedures.
- Support teams in implementing Life Savings Rules and the deployment of our standards.
- Update life cycle assessment by conducting environmental analysis.
- Developing and updating policies and procedures on waste management
- Perform safety & environmental inspection on site by supporting our local teams for managing risks.
- Analyze and classify incidents and accidents and drawing up action plans to prevent any recurrence.
- Support training courses and campaigns in the field (chemical risks exposure, ATEX, ergonomics, etc.)
- Perform local internal audit programs, maintain, and improve ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.

You Bring:
- Qualification and expertise in process safety and occupational health & safety at work.
- Master’s/Technician’s degree in health, safety & environment / industrial process.
- Safety Engineer CFST diploma / SUVA certification.
- Knowledge of risk analysis methodologies such as FMEA and HAZOP.
- Knowledge of chemical hazard.
- Experience working with a multidisciplinary team.
- 3-5 years of experience in the industrial and chemical sectors and associated risks.
- Knowledge of HSE ISO standards (ISO 45001, 14001) and Management of Change.
- Autonomous and communicative.
- Computer skills: Process Hazard Analysis/HAZOP softwares.
- High proficiency with standard office programs such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Fluent French and English.
