Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
• Innovate and Lead: Solve complex problems related to environmental investigations and remediation, delivering tailored solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
• Expand Our Impact: Grow our remediation presence in the railway sector through strategic relationship-building with Class 1 and short-line railways.
• Deliver Excellence: Oversee proposal development, lead contract negotiations, and ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and with unwavering client satisfaction.
• Elevate the Team: Mentor and inspire a high-performing team of environmental professionals, cultivating growth and fostering innovation.
What you will bring to the team:
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in contaminated site investigation and remediation, with expertise in regulatory strategies and client engagement.
• Familiarity with railway-specific challenges, including compliance with federal/state environmental regulations and permitting processes.
• A deep understanding of U.S. EPA and state environmental regulations, multimedia remedial technologies, and methods for site characterization and hydrogeologic analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information with clarity and confidence.
• A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Geology, or Science (Professional Licensure a plus).
• A collaborative mindset, safety-first approach, and a desire to leave a lasting legacy in environmental remediation.
• Leadership experience, including managing large-scale, complex remediation projects and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
