Director - Group Living Environment (GLE)

ACCS provides wraparound support through an integrated team of both clinical and peer professionals. The goals of the service include skill and resource development, connection with community and natural supports for successful tenure in the community of the individual’s choice.
The GLE Director will be responsible for the overall management and direction of all aspects of assigned programs and will actively participate in projects as a member of the division management team. The GLE Director will exemplify the values inherent in recovery-oriented services, including creating a respectful work environment, engaging in ongoing learning, and participating in continuous quality improvement.
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours

Required Skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability in budget management, program development, and personnel management
- Demonstrated ability to organize, delegate to, and motivate others, as well as to promote cohesiveness in a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in the English language); ability to make effective public presentations
- Must be able to work some flexible hours, provide 24-hour on-call coverage on rotation, and to respond to emergency calls as necessary
- Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Four years related experience including two years in a supervisory and management capacity
