Your Job
What you give your best for.
- Establishing, managing and developing your own team made up of six to eight experts
- Applying principles and methods for agile team leadership
- Initiating and leading projects for continuous process improvement
- Enabling the organisation to use new CR tools
- Stakeholder management of external partners and international project teams
- Developing a roadmap for implementing our “Global Sustainability Strategy (GSS)” vision
Your Profile
What you should have.
- Degree with a focus on business administration, computer science, or sustainability and corporate responsibility
- Experience in leading employees and managing external partners
- Interest in the area of sustainability and corporate responsibility
- Knowledge of relevant frameworks, methods and tools for process optimisation
- Excellent consulting skills with an ability to present complex facts and results in a clear, structured and logical way
- Positive mindset, analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking and working and enjoyment in shaping and supporting change
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English

- Expertise and experience in the application of agile methodologies
