Job Title: Site Manager - Project Execution/Construction - Wind Energy
Location: Coastal Gujarat

Responsibilities:
- Planning & Coordination – Plan and coordinate all construction activities at the site, including location handover, internal road construction, WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) foundation, logistics movement, WTG installation, Substation installation, and commissioning.
- Supervision & Monitoring – Supervise and monitor construction activities and coordinate with various vendors/contractors for timely commissioning of projects.
- Land-related Coordination – Work with the land team for location release and resolution of local issues.
- Meetings & Reporting – Initiate site-level meetings, prepare reports, and escalate issues to the Project Head.
- Project Handover – Handle the HOTO (Hand Over Take Over) of the project with complete documentation and reports.
- Operational Monitoring – Monitor and coordinate the day-to-day performance of operating WTGs as per guidelines. Send daily reports to the seniors within the first office hour of the day. Monitor repetitive warnings, wag errors, and feeder tripping.
- Safety & Compliance – Ensure safe construction activities with strict compliance with HSE standards as per the approved plan and timeline. Ensure HSE-related parameters are followed by OEM teams and third-party contractor personnel.
- Coordination with GETCO – Coordinate with local GETCO (Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Ltd) staff.
Qualifications:
Experience: 10-14 years in handling the execution of Wind energy projects.
Education: B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred Experience: Working with OEMs like Suzlon, Gamesa, Vestas, etc.

- Liaisoning - Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, local authorities, and team members.
- Interpersonal Relationships - Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, team members, and external partners.
- Team Management - Proven experience in leading, managing, and motivating a diverse team to achieve project goals.
- Site Management - Expertise in overseeing and managing all on-site activities to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and project tracking.
