Job Description
Job Title: Environmental Manager
Location: Bisie, Walikale, Nord-Kivu, DRC

We are looking for an experienced Environmental Manager to lead our environmental strategies at a mining site. The role involves ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, promoting sustainable practices, and engaging with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in environmental management, with fluency in French/Swahili and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement environmental strategies.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
- Lead sustainable procurement and manage environmental teams.
- Conduct Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs).
- Report on environmental performance and manage budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related
field (Master’s preferred).
- NEBOSH/NOSA certification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an environmental role.
- Proficiency in French/Swahili and English.
