Responsibilities
Oversee and manage civil construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timelines.
Coordinate with engineering teams to review project plans, specifications, and schedules.
Supervise site execution activities, including civil erection, concreting, piling, and other structural work.
Manage and optimize resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
Prepare regular progress reports, cost estimates, and documentation for management review.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the civil engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
QualificationsB.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
10-15 years of relevant experience in civil project management within the Renewable Energy industry.
Demonstrated track record of successful project execution and management.
Proven experience in leading and supervising a team of civil engineers and site staff.
