How to contribute to our vision
For our plant in Cuxhaven, we are seeking an experienced Manager of Production (m/f/d) to lead and inspire our production teams, drive operational excellence, and contribute to our mission of delivering clean energy for generations to come.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee six production teams within the Cuxhaven plant, with production managers reporting directly to you.
- Take full accountability for achieving SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People) targets within your area of responsibility.
- Develop and sustain standardized processes, ensuring transparent tracking and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Represent the plant and the company in all matters with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a key ambassador for our values and vision.
What You Need to Make a Difference
A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
- A completed technical degree (engineering or a related field).
- At least six years of experience in leadership roles within a production environment, with proven people management skills.
- Preferable expertise in lean management methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent language skills in German and English, complemented by strong communication and moderation abilities.
