Our client, a leading Renewable Energy company in Cape Town, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Planner to join their award-winning team. This role is integral to driving excellence in project scheduling, progress reporting, and overall project control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules to align with project objectives.
  • Create and manage Master Programs.
  • Collaborate with contractors and clients to establish and maintain project schedules.
  • Analyze and review histograms to assess resource allocation and efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and project memorandums.
  • Update and track project milestones, providing clear and concise reporting.
  • Deliver presentations on project progress and milestones to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in project planning, with at least 5 years in Renewable Energy.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on project optimization and control.
