ROLE AND LOCATION
People Technician to join our super team in Mortágua.
The chosen candidate will support all tasks related to People and work in the continous improvement of the department.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Support the recruitment processes;
- Support the training process;
- Employee management - collect, verify and archive all the documentation concerning the employees;
- Partner with other collegues during on-boarding ans offboarding;
- Assist the performance appraisal process;
- Support in all the administrative tasks of the department, including mobility tasks;
- Collaborate in events organization.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Sociology, Educational Sciences, Organizational Psicology, or other relevant area.
- Previous experience in recruitment, training and other HR tasks is a plus;
- English proficiency (B1 minimum).
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office tools.
