ABOUT TERREVA RENEWABLES:
Terreva Renewables is an industry-leading developer, owner, and operator of renewable natural gas (RNG) projects, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The company leverages technology to capture methane gas from landfills and convert it to renewable natural gas. Its senior management team has over 40 years of collective experience developing RNG projects, as well as extensive additional experience in landfill gas-to-electricity projects, gas collection and control systems, and midstream oil and gas operations. Terreva’s current portfolio is comprised of seven assets – approximately 20,000 scfm of raw landfill gas flow and 3.5 million MMBtu’s per year of RNG production (2025E) – in operation and construction across North America. Terreva is a portfolio company under the management of CIM Group, LLC.
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for management of large industrial construction projects in the Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) market. The PM is part of the Engineering & Construction team and moves the projects from the development and design phase through construction and to handoff to the Operations group. Specific areas of concern may include: high pressure gas compression, site preparation, PSA and membrane gas separation systems, gas pipeline and landfill Gas Collection and Control Systems (GCCS) installation and improvement. Typically, Terreva does not self-perform construction services but rather hires General Contractors, Design-Build firms or EPCs to source the work. PMs in this setting are required to have supervisory level skills, be aware of all critical activities and act as the eyes and ears of the company during the construction process to ensure Terreva’s interests are safeguarded and projects are delivered as expected, on schedule and within budget. This position is part of the Engineering & Construction Department and reports to the VP, Engineering & Construction.
