Vertex Resource Group company is currently accepting applications for one full-time, permanent Administrator in Grande Prairie, Alberta. The successful candidate is responsible to organize, administer and control project activities under the direction and guidance of the Controller.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or higher education; post-secondary education is an asset
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience is an asset
- Experience with oil and gas service and industrial cleaning/trucking industries strongly desired
- Must be strongly proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask effectively to meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide general administrative office duties and support to the operations
- Generate various reports both routine and ad hoc
- Billing, collections, payables, payroll and all other accounting and administrative functions
- Enter approved purchase orders in accounting system
- Establish and maintain effective communication with all employees
- Take the initiative to stay abreast of company developments and group communications; read and understand all internal communications
- Other various administrative duties as required or directed by direct supervisor or manager

- This position will be based out of Grande Prairie, Alberta.
