- Make new dealers
from Solar Industry.
- Increase the
sales of distributors by offering training and meeting more dealers.
- Build Trust
among new and existing distributors by engaging them on regular basis.
- Achieve Monthly
Sales of Rs. 25 Lacs Target
- Meeting with
100 Partners monthly from Solar Industry
- Contact and
physical meeting with retail shop/dealers/distributors/installers to
inform them about Loom Solar Product and offerings
- Negotiate with
dealers to sell our product only if competitor is offering similar price.
- Prepare
Quotations and share with dealers for their order requirement
- Keep Record and
update of all visits in company sales application
- Pickup call and
respond to each dealers on immediate basis, response time < 15mins
- Ensure that
Loom Solar products are the first choice in the channel vis a vis the
competition
- Monitor
Distributor and dealer Stock movement & Secondary Sales
- Conduct
Distributor / Dealer meets and training programs two times in a year
Requirements
1.Preferred B-tech/MBA
Candidate
2.Willing to
travel daily 50-100 Km and ambitious to work 7 days in a week
3.Must have own
byke for travel at partner location
4.Great negotiations
skills, fluency in both English or Hindi or regional language
5.An attitude to
get things done
6.Rigorous
follow-up and Negotiation Skills to build relationship with Dealers/Distributors.
