How to contribute to our vision
•Ensure project Health, safety, environment (HSE) and quality management (QM) performance
•Overall accountable (incl. Profit/Loss responsibility) to deliver the full project scope from handover from Sales until end of Service contract incl. pre-TOC (Take Over Certificate)activities performed by service
•Primary/focal point for customer communication & engagement on a portfolio level
•Accountable for predictable project delivery according to PM@SGRE, project scope, ethical standards, laws, rules and regulations, Business Conduct Guidelines , SGRE and industry HSE standards
•Responsible for protecting the business case and for maximizing value in accordance with contractual availability guarantees and defined incentive scheme
•Overall accountable for risk/opportunity management, claim and change management in the project
•Ensure all project documentation is received from New Unit
•Contract negotiation
•Set up project infrastructure & team at PM080/100 (Assign Service Operations manager and Operations Readiness Manager)
•Conducts stakeholder analysis and manages efficient communication with all relevant stakeholders
•Conduct internal and external project kick-off meetings
•Perform Site kick-off for operational activities
•Responsible for the project budget, schedule, overall project cost estimates
•Risks & opportunity management including driving Operations Productivity on portfolio level
•Optimizes the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and identifies and minimizes NCCs
•New opportunity development (Client needs)
•Incentive, bonus & penalties negotiations
Manager Customer Requirements
•Perform contractual analysis (TSA & SMA)
•Identify contractual obligations not included in as-sold cost calculation
•Manage contractual changes and variation orders incl. aftermarket sales activities
•Management of client requests
•Client face-to-face meetings
What You Need To Make a Difference
A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in Service Portfolio Management, Service Delivery, or similar roles in the renewable energy or technology sector.
- Experience in managing complex service portfolios and working across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
