Invio Automation’s Solutions division specializes in single station robotic cells, multi-station fabrication & assembly lines, bonding & welding technologies, vision systems, and packaging process. Application capabilities within our Solutions division include thermal bonding, web handling, force plotting, heat staking, high viscosity pumps, precision dispensing, impulse bag sealing, and needle bending. Invio Automation’s Technologies division includes highly differentiated Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) for heavyweight applications, turnkey assembly lines, welding automation, and custom lift-assist & secure tools for safety critical applications.
The IT Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day support of Invio’s Service Desk requests and technology services. The qualified candidate is expected to be a self-starter, proactive, and ensure our internal customers receive a positive experience when engaging with IT at Invio Automation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the employee.
- Walk the employee through the problem-solving process.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- Record events and problems including the final resolution in the Service Desk System.
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.

Being sensitive to unpredictable demands and uncertainties is a requisite to delivering superior results and exceeding the expectations of our internal and external customers.
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with Active Directory and Windows Server 2019+.
- Experience with Microsoft Product Suite, including Office 365.
- Experience with deploying/upgrading Windows 10/11 Operating Systems using Intune.
- Experience with Cisco Meraki Firewalls and Access Points
- Experience in CAD/Controls software deployment, such as Autodesk, SolidWorks, Rockwell, Creo, etc.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to solve business problems with current technology.
- High energy, strong interpersonal skills, able to manage stressful situations with a positive attitude.
- General understanding of networking and switching.
A two or four year degree in an IT related field is preferred. Minimum two years of IT experience required.
