Job Description
Manage the execution of Offshore Wind Farms onshore Export Cable Installation in Lithuania by selecting, hiring, and supervising appropriate contractors and service providers. Ensure the accomplishment of all related works according to approved project timelines, milestones, and portfolio objectives within quality, time, and budget targets, in line with organizational project management standards, policies, and principles, and appropriately manage risks. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Preparing technical requirements for export cable installation by supporting applicable analysis
- Controlling technical, organizational, and financial aspects of project execution issues related to contractors and service providers
- Ensuring compliance with all Company HSE and construction site requirements and practices, including laws, contracts, and good construction practices
- Ensuring reinstatement of the works in accordance with the requirements from land owners / agents / local authorities and regulations
- Leading relationships with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other project partners involved in project execution
Qualifications
- Engineering BSc (civil, electrical,) or other technical university degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- 5 years of site installation management experience
- Relevant qualifications in industry-standard construction activity techniques
- Practical knowledge of risk assessment issues and the ability to review critical findings with management.
