Experience:
At least 5-year experience in project design, development and management, particularly in renewable energy sector.
At least 3-year experience in managing teams.
Experience working for a donor-funded entity or implementing partner would be a plus.
Experience in preparing tender or commercial proposals for international donor organisations or funds would be a plus.
Proven expertise in project management, planning and coordination.
Qualifications and skills:
Clear passion for contributing to energy sector restoration.
University degree in engineering, environment, economics, public administration or finance; Master’s degree is preferred.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong organisational and management skills
Demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with different private and public sector stakeholders.
Ability to work in a multinational and dynamic environment.
Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel.
Ukrainian - native/fluent, English - advanced/fluent (both oral and written).
