Sales Specialist Industrial & Renewables
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team in Sweden. Your primary focus will be on selling energy cables for infrastructure, industrial, and renewable projects. You will identify opportunities, connect with new customers, and help increase our market presence. Your main goal will be to drive sales, expand our business, and achieve growth targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a home-based role, with a preference for candidates who can travel within the provinces close to Stockholm, where our main customers are.
You will need a customer-focused mindset and a proactive sales approach to succeed. You will spend approximately 60% of your time in the field, visiting potential customers, building relationships, and showcasing the value of our energy cable portfolio. International travel may be required. You will be part of a dedicated team, working closely with the Sales Manager, back office in Nässjö, and other European Prysmian affiliates. You will play a key role in strengthening our position in the Swedish market.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales to grow our market share.
- Build a strong project pipeline for mid- and long-term business growth.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Conduct competitor analyses and gather market intelligence.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, bid management, or similar commercial roles within a relevant industry.
- Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Proactive and resilient approach to tackling new challenges.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce and SAP) and the Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
