What you will do as a
Solar Installation Review RepresentativeServes as a company ambassador by delivering a high level of professionalism and quality through the delivery of exceptional customer service and support by utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills and effective telephone techniques Troubleshoots and problem solve customer's issues or concerns by providing solutions, recommendations, replacements, gathering of sensitive information, and/or detailed product information with a sense of urgency while using a positive and empathetic approach at all times.
Pre-Installation Responsibilities:
- The Solar Installation Review Representative ensures that solar proposals and designs align with the signed contract by meticulously reviewing all necessary details before granting approval to proceed with installation.
Post-Installation Responsibilities:
- The representative is responsible for verifying that all photovoltaic (PV) systems are constructed to meet industry-leading quality standards. This is achieved through a comprehensive review of post-installation photos and checklists.
Collaboration and Communication:
- This role requires close coordination with clients via email, chat, and CRM platforms, as well as other software tools utilized in the process.
What ClearSource Needs from You- Engineering graduate (required), Electrical Engineer (preferred), License (preferred)
- With 1-year solar installation related experience
- Able to read electrical diagrams from plans and identify equipment from installation photos.
- Average communications skills.
