ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage the QA/QC plans and procedures tailored to the project's specific requirements.
- Ensure these plans are in alignment with international standards and best practices.
- Oversee the review of engineering designs, procurement specifications, and vendor supplied materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct audits and reviews of engineering and vendor documents to anticipate and mitigate quality risks.
- Implement inspection protocols for materials and equipment during manufacturing and upon arrival at the site.
- Supervise and coordinate onsite construction quality control activities to ensure adherence to design and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate source inspections with the appointed third-party inspector for procurement items based on established Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
- Ensure that inspections are conducted as per project requirements and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders involved.
- Maintain comprehensive records of quality documentation, inspections, and audits.
- Prepare and present regular reports on quality activities, deficiencies, and resolutions to project management.
- Develop a culture of continuous quality improvement and cost-effective solutions within the project.
- Provide training and guidance on quality standards and procedures to project staff and contractors.

QualificationsQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA/QC for large-scale industrial projects, preferably in the onshore plant or renewable energy sector.
- Extensive knowledge of QA/QC standards, processes, and requirements.
- Experience with regulatory codes and standards relevant to hydrogen plant construction will be added advantage.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
