PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Bilingual HR Administrative Coordinator will perform various accurate, highly confidential, and administrative duties in assisting the Human Resources department while exhibiting exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, multi-tasker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Time & Attendance in ADP Workforce Now
- Accounts Payable invoicing
- Accounts Receivable invoicing
- Assistance with job fair preparation (may assist with job fairs on a support level, not recruiting)
- Coordination of marketing material
- Assistance with Onboarding
- Perform other duties and special project(s) as assigned by leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of experience (AR/AP invoicing)
- ADP Workforce Now experience
- Experience using Oracle (at least one year of experience)
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Proficient in time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to effectively work independently and within a team setting
- Ability to handle confidential and time sensitive information
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
