Responsibilities:
- High volume recruiting
- Coordination with staffing agencies
- Job fair coordination and attendance
- Manage the human resource recruiting/staffing function.
- Ensure adequate staffing is being provided by sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing/developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
- Manage onboarding and new hire process.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Partners with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other government regulations.
- Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database as needed.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
What we need from you:
- Bachelor degree in human resources/administration/business administration and other related majors
- Human Resources Certificate a plus
- More than 3 years of human resources related work experience in manufacturing enterprises
- Familiar with HRIS systems, preferable ADP Workforce Now
- Must be bilingual in Spanish or Chinese
- Must be willing to increase knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening method
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to establish familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
- Ability to work with autonomy and resolve issues
