We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team, where you will support the service order process and help ensure smooth operations across departments. Candidates should bring strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to adapt to new software as needed. Prior clerical or administrative experience is preferred but not required.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Support the service order process, collaborating with various departments to complete orders in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all information is accurately entered into designated databases or recordkeeping systems.
- Gather project details from Engineering and other departments to facilitate purchase orders, service orders, and the return of equipment.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience
- Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent (required).
- Post-secondary education in a related field (preferred).
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support efficient operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word), with the capability to quickly learn additional software as needed.
- Prior experience in a clerical or administrative role (preferred but not required).
- Adaptable and open to change, with a willingness to embrace new ideas and procedures.
Physical Requirements
- Work environment will be a climate-controlled office setting.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods at a desk and use a computer for prolonged periods.
- Ability to read and view computer screen and paper documents.
- Performs repetitive hand motions such as typing, writing, and handling documents.
- Clear verbal communication and adequate hearing for conversations and meetings.
- Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
