About the Role
As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of empowering our diverse partners to seamlessly integrate and maximize the value of our innovative solutions. Acting as a technical expert, you’ll bridge the gap between complex technology and impactful business outcomes, driving successful collaborations across diverse industries.
Working cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing, you’ll craft tailored solutions that align with partner goals and unique business needs. By developing scalable pre and post sales processes and delivering technical guidance, you’ll play a key role in enhancing partner satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with partners and technical stakeholders throughout pre/post-sales processes to ensure successful project outcomes and effective integration.
- Understand partner and client products deeply to recommend tailored, effective solutions that align with their unique business logic and needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales, marketing, operations) to facilitate seamless communication and partner engagement.
- Build extensive technical knowledge of products, providing expert guidance to partners and internal teams on strengths, limitations, and cost drivers.
- Support smooth integration of new features into existing systems by collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, while offering actionable feedback to Go-to-Market teams on features and market priorities.
- Act as the primary technical expert and liaison on product capabilities, integrations, and competitive strengths, engaging with technical teams from ZayZoon and partners on API, data models, single sign-on, and other integration methods.
Requirements - 4+ years of working in a similar partner-facing or enterprise level clients focused role
- Experience in enterprise solutions engineering, sales engineering or partner management
- Strong foundational knowledge in software development, systems design, and engineering principles
- Strong ability to understand and explain complex product functionalities to non-technical stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of APIs and data exchange and architecture
- Strong knowledge of architecture patterns and the ability to understand diverse technologies
- Experience testing API endpoints using Postman/Insomnia
- Familiarity with development lifecycles, version control systems, and development environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
