Description
This is a
full-time on-site role for a Production Manager (PV module) at LOOM SOLAR PVT.
LTD. in Faridabad/Palwal. The Production Manager will be responsible for
overseeing the day-to-day manufacturing operations of PV modules, ensuring
quality control, managing production schedules, and optimizing production
processes. He should have hand on experience of operating all Solar Modules
manufacturing machineries including Production & Testing.
Qualifications
- Experience in PV module
production, quality control, and manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of solar panel
assembly and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in production
planning and scheduling
- Strong leadership and team
management skills
- Problem-solving and
decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Diploma
or related field
- Relevant certifications in solar
energy or manufacturing
