Job Description
- Initiate and pursue partnership opportunities with automotive OEMs and dealers, focusing on charger sales and deployment, software collaborations, and potential fleet collaborations.
- Identify and propose innovative collaboration models, including co-branded solutions, joint marketing campaigns, and technical integrations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the automotive industry.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet the needs of partners and their customers.
- Conduct market research to identify and understand trends and opportunities in the automotive and EV sectors.
- Drive discussions and negotiations to establish long-term partnerships.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Automotive, Electrical, or Mechanical) or a related field is preferred.
- 2-5 years in business development, sales, or partnership roles, preferably in the automotive or EV sector.
- Strong understanding of automotive OEM operations and EV technologies.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving ambitious goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Data-driven and analytical approach to business development and strategy.
- Technical aptitude and a keen understanding of the automotive and EV sectors.
- Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
