If you are a self-motivated hungry individual driven by your own success then you could fit perfectly into our Field Sales Team. With a focus on residential customers, you will be responsible for developing your own pipeline, ensuring that all potential opportunities are met with a positive outcome. This will be rewarded with a generous commission structure offering you uncapped earning for all appointments met and a percentage of revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate & Qualify Leads:
- Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach, phone calls, and local events to generate interest in solar energy solutions.
- Qualify leads and schedule in-home consultations for our design consultants.
- Drive Appointment Bookings:
- Pitch the benefits of solar energy to potential customers and drive them to book consultations.
- Use persuasive communication to overcome objections and secure appointments.
- Maximize Sales Opportunities:
- Actively follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates from inquiry to scheduled consultation.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to consultation.
- Track & Report Performance:
- Log all lead interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Report on sales metrics, including appointments booked, customer feedback, and overall performance.
Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven sales experience in appointment setting, door-to-door sales, or telemarketing.
- Skills: Strong persuasion skills, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
- Other: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
