JOB SUMMARY: The incumbent is responsible for conducting studies of financial operations, programs and organizations; developing metrics to assess program performance; developing criteria to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of program activities; and recommending improvements to planning processes, performance and organizational effectiveness.
