JOB SUMMARY: This position is located in the U. S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Southeast Area (SEA), in Tifton, GA. In this position, you will oversee day-to-day facility operations, including supervising Facilities Operations Staff, management and monitoring of building maintenance and repair, facility security, inspections, other building services as required. You will provide guidance and coordination for the staff in accessing and utilizing these facilities. MAJOR DUTIES: Recommends response plans to the Administrative Officer that incorporate personnel notification lists and response action for utility systems failures and other failures.
