About the role:
The position of Deputy Head of Construction at Southall Community Campus presents an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher with a background in a trade discipline and a passion for driving innovation.
We are seeking someone who has 'walked the walk' in both industry and Further Education, and who can be truly effective and influential in supporting our staff and learners.
Join our management team and be part of our journey to elevate our curriculum offer to new heights. We are focused on Green Skills upskilling and are looking to expand our Apprenticeship provision, utilizing our state-of-the-art facilities in Southall.
Our campus offers a range of curriculum programmes and apprenticeships in areas such as Brick, Carpentry, Electrical, Plastering, and Plumbing, as well as a well-equipped Motor Vehicle department providing Level 1-3 IMI qualifications.
If you have a background in any of these disciplines, you will have the credentials to shape our future offer and make a meaningful impact in supporting our local community.
