Job Description: Act as trusted advisor and provide advice and coaching to business leaders on HR strategies and actions. Steer the implementation of change management operations by ensuring leadership has good HR postures by communicating, training, and guiding them through HR strategy (including processes, tools and systems). Support leadership in maximizing workforce efficiency while increasing organization capability through strong resource planning. Focus on execution of business strategy by aligning HR systems to help accomplish the organization vision and mission, together with the operational needs, through monthly operations reviews. Eligible for remote work up to 3 days per week.
Requirements: Position requires a Bachelors’ degree, or foreign equivalent, in business administration, human resources, communications, or related field and 5 years of experience (including experience gained prior to completion of the bachelor’s degree) in Human resources, or related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Using HR systems and tools (Gloat, Oracle, iCIMS, Workday); Managing and advising business leaders on benefits and rewards strategies and best practices; Defining and implementing HR initiatives and policies with a clear impact on the performance and effectiveness of the organization; Onboarding employees and managing offboarding processes, including voluntary and involuntary terminations; Developing and deploying strategies to drive employee engagement and ensure business continuity; Managing HR project implementation for a multinational corporation; and Solving complex personnel issues relating to employees of all levels.
