- Office Supplies and Inventory Check and Maintenance
- Mail and Correspondence
- Company Call Handling
- Locker/Individual Cabinet Key Management
- Supporting to issue employees' Business Card
- Employee Telecom Management
- Supporting admin tasks for APAC leadership team
- Ad-Hoc Assignments
B. Facility Management
- Access Control
- BMO(Building Management Office) Communication
- Office Assets Management
- Office Signage Management
C. Meeting and Event Coordination (Local KR and APAC)
D. With Support of REFM (Real Estate & Facilities Management)
- Service Level and Standard Enhance
- Standard Process Establishment
- Yearly Preventive Works and Plan: Plan and implement annual preventive maintenance.
- Records and Database Management
- Energy and Cost Saving Initiatives
- Regular Performance Review
Qualifications
This role is exclusively for people who have/or are in the process of applying for a government-issued disability certificate.
- Communicative level of English
- Experience in administrative support roles.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and systems.
- Strong organizational and ability to prioritise.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
