Plant Master Data Analyst
Responsible of creation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in SAP systems. Also responsible in
implementing and monitoring procedures to ensure the inventory accuracy. The person in this role serves
as a liaison between various departments to provide efficient customer service and resolve difficulties.
Must be able provide excellent customer service and support other departments fixing logistics and SAP
issues to ensure the correct flow of the part numbers created. The PMDA drives the Data Quality Rules
(DQR’s) to ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of data within an organization,
as well as maintaining and ensuring the correct functioning of OneShuttle to ensure the correct creation
of part numbers through workflows.
What will you do?
- Verify and correct information in the current records that will migrate to SAP.
- Develop, implement, and monitor all key functions related to data and inventory transactions to assure
that they are accurate and timely. - Work collaboratively with various teams to understand, create, and maintain processes and/or data
flows to ensure clean data in SAP in the future. - Collect and extract data to generate Data and Business Reports.
- Lead workflows for parts creation for new product introduction projects.
- Drives continues improvement efforts to speed up new parts creation for new product introduction
projects. - Work with Engineering Teams to process Change Orders
- Lead cycle count program; report its progress and results; identify processes to be monitored to achieve
the desired inventory accuracy. - Perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies using all available resources to
identify root causes and supply possible solutions. - Work with key personnel to effectively implement process improvements to operational procedures in
an effort to proactively optimize overall location and item level accuracy and maintain the highest possible
productivity levels. - Ensures resources are best utilized to achieve both short- and long-term goals.
Will be an active resource in the implementation of SAP.

What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Business or related.
- 3+ years in materials management, manufacturing, quality or equivalent.
- 2+ years of SAP experience required
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with databases and writing SQL queries.
- 1+ years of experience with data management and data quality.
- 2+ years effectively communicating complex topics and knowledge transfer with non-technical users.
