JOB SUMMARY: The incumbent serves as the Supervisory Business Manager in the office of the State Conservationist (STC), within the state office of the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). The incumbent provides supervision, direction and management of a subordinate staff consisting of the Financial Resources Specialist, the Business Services Partner and other professional, administrative, or clerical positions as allocated within the state office. MAJOR DUTIES: Oversees and coordinates efforts to integrate and link conservation strategy with the planning, allocation, utilization, and evaluation of financial and other resources.
